About Us

Moss Creek is a residential community of homes in Southeastern Marion County in Perry Township on the south side of Indianapolis. The land had been owned by the Hugh Thompson family and used as a sheep farm. Development of the community began in 1988 by Robert and Virginia Yeager. There are a total of 170 single-family custom homes built on the 82 acres. The original farm had a pond, which was enlarged during development to become the main retention pond. On the southern end of the subdivision, Buck Creek flows from east to west.
Moss Creek is located in close proximity to shopping, medical facilities, child care, and other services. The community is near I65 and I465 providing quick access to other areas of Indianapolis.

LOCATION

From downtown Indianapolis, take I65 South to Southport Road. Turn right on Southport Road. Turn right at second stop light onto Gray Road. After crossing back over Interstate, turn right into Moss Creek. For an interactive map, click here.
