The Moss Creek Homeowners Association was formed on February 27, 1989 and is registered with the State of Indiana as a Not-for-Profit Corporation. The purpose of the Corporation is to provide for the repair and maintenance, administration and management of the common areas and to pay the required taxes assessed against the common areas.
