Below is a copy of the First Amendment to the new Covenants. This amendmet will be to add the new land we have recieved from Lauth as to the current "Common Area". This will be voted on at the March 26th Meeting. Please review.
There are two documents which have been recorded with the Marion County auditor which outline the restrictions on the use and enjoyment of the Lots, Dwelling Units and Common Area for all residents of Moss Creek. We ask for everyone's cooperation in adhering to these rules, which are designed to preserve the value, aesthetics and quality of life in Moss Creek.
