• Covenants If there are any inconsistencies between the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Moss Creek Property Ownership and the Plat Covenants, the language in the Amended and Restated Declaration would control.  To the extent that a Plat Covenant states something that is not listed or mentioned in the Amended and Restated Declaration, then the Plat Covenant would still be in effect and vice versa.
